Extra persons: C$ 30 (note that most rooms are designed for double occupancy only)

Children aged 5 or more count as an extra person.

Single occupancy: deduct C$ 30

Taxes: 5% GST and 4% Tourism Levy are additional (note there are NO environmental fees or local marketing charges which are applied by many properties in the region and can amount to 1.5 - 5%)

Term stay discounts: Rates shown are base rates on an overnight stay (subject to minimum stay requirements). To encourage our guests to slow down and enjoy the area and because a longer stay means less work and less pressure on the environment, we offer attractive rate reductions on longer stays, e.g. C$ 10-15 per night on a three night stay; 15% reduction on a four to six night stay; 25% on seven nights or longer.

Minimum stays are subject to change at short notice and may be longer on public holiday weekends or busy times of year, depending on capacity, so please enquire.

Evening Meals available for lodge guests only at a cost of C$ 35 per person plus GST. As we do not have a restaurant and go grocery shopping twice a week, dinner is only available if booked at least three to four days in advance.
Note that in the winter season rooms in the lodge come with breakfast and evening meals only as there are no cooking or food storage amenities in the rooms and there are no restaurants in the area. Base rates shown above will be increased by C$ 35 per person accordingly. If you prefer to look after your own meals, we recommend one of our self-contained units.

We accept most credit cards, Travellers Cheques, Interac and Cash.

To guarantee your reservation, a non-refundable reservation fee of C$ 35 per unit is included with your deposit (minimum deposit of C$50). For high season / holiday weekends / group bookings or longer stays, up to a full one night deposit or 25% is required. Cancellations/Amendments are requested as early as possible but no later than 21 days in advance (5 days in low season / longer for groups and extended stays). On shorter notice, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of your reservation value, if room(s) cannot be resold.
If cancellations result in a required minimum stay not being met, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the minimum stay period.

Check-in 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm (6:00 pm, if booked for dinner on date of arrival); Check-out 10:30 am unless otherwise arranged.

Please note that access to the lodge is reserved for registered lodge guests only. Visitors with prior approval by management only. Sorry, no pets can be accommodated in the lodge as there is a resident dog and lodge rooms are pet free (dogs are welcome in the self-contained units).

Rates and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing. Conditions for group bookings vary and are worked out on a case to case basis.

Irrespective of the reason for any cancellations / amendments / shortening of reservations, please note that we can only refund a deposit (less reservation fee), if notice is given within the time frame required or if a unit can be resold at short notice for the entire period of your reservation.  We recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself against any last minute cancellations.
